Each homestead is fully equipped with modern amenities, while retaining a welcoming country feel. Guests can book individually or combine both houses for larger gatherings, retreats, or workshops.

THINGS TO DO
Farm Animals
We have 2 Miniature Galloway Cows, 4 Alpacas, 2 Miniature Horses, 2 Thoroughbred Horses and 7 Silkie Chickens which love to be fed and made a fuss of. We also have a dam and brook access which has fish ready to be caught. Our care taker is happy to lend a hand if you need assistance or have any questions. Please be advised we do have electric fencing which is clearly marked.

Local Markets
Visit historic Wollombi on the holiday Monday of each long weekend (Easter, June and October) and on Australia Day for this great market of over 100 stalls, including local produce and crafts, plants, clothes, tools, bric-a-brac and much more.

Cancellation Policy
We understand travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:​

More than 30 days before check-in: Forfeit 20% deposit, balance not required.
-
Within 7 days of check-in: Forfeit 100% of rate paid if the property cannot be re-let. If re-booked, a full refund will be provided. Every effort will be made to re-book the house.
